Bodhi 心 is a recovering vagabond in training to become a Zen Buddhist monk, a long-time student of psychology and an avid improver of the human condition from the inside out, alive in the marketplace, recovering from codependency and substance abuse, formerly a mental-health peer-support worker and currently a full-time healee using meditation, dharma and neuroscience and counselling to recover nervous-system balance after 40+ years of trauma.
